I have to admit that I haven't taken much time to write lately. We spend the weekend, my usual writing time, with our daughter and two granddaughters. We took a train ride to Tinley Park to enjoy some dinner and ice cream before heading home again. The next day, Saturday, we visited the Children's Museum at Navy Pier. On Sunday, we went to Beecher to visit a friend and do some horseback riding. By Sunday evening, I was completely exhausted.
Since that time I have been back at work, doing all of the things I need to do to earn a paycheck. Hopefully someday I will have more time to devote to my writing. Being in a writing group helps keep me more mindful of writing and the value it holds in my busy life.

- Married to Terry, I am the mother of three wonderful, grown children. With each passing year, we become better friends. I enjoy my two young granddaughters and my new grandson born in July of 2008.My only wish is that my children and grandchildren lived in the area and I could see them all more often.
